Cundinamarca: Measure of assurance in prison for the murderer of his two sons in Zipaquirá. – Bogota

The First Municipal Criminal Judge of Guarantees of Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca) sheltered with an assurance measure in a prison center the person responsible for the murder of his two sons; a 6-year-old minor and her 5-year-old brother.

The alleged perpetrator accepted the charges of aggravated homicide in a homogeneous and successive contest that the prosecutor in the case charged him with. The person involved is exposed to a penalty of close to 40 years in prison due to the seriousness of the events, and because he is the biological father of the victims.

The murderer said that it was a revenge and it was evidenced how the implicated six months ago had been abandoned by his ex-partner, apparently due to the mistreatment of which she was a victim.

“At the time of ending the lives of the minors, he sent his ex-partner photos and audios of the children,” said the prosecutor of the URI of Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca) when he presented the request for deprivation of liberty due to the degree of danger of the implicated.

The murderer was sent to the Medium Security prison in Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca).
