The Ministry of Health has decided through an administrative act to unify and update the biosecurity measures on both national and international flights. With Resolution 411 of 2021, all biosafety protocols are unified on national and international flights, which will come into effect on April 7, 2021.

To enter the airport, passengers must enter the terminal maximum 2 hours before the scheduled time of their flight in case of a domestic flight and 3 hours before the scheduled departure time if it is an international flight.

Negative PCR for international travelers with a validity of less than 96 hours is once again a reality. In addition, international passengers are also obliged to give real information about their health status, their origin, their recent contact with suspected or confirmed cases of covid-19 and give exact and precise information about their telephone number and address in Colombia.

The use of CoronApp on domestic flights and Check-Mig on international ones will continue to be a requirement. Also, according to the document issued by MinSalud, the consumption of food on board the flights is regulated. For those with a duration longer than 2 hours, people can consume food but they must do so at intervals assigned by rows, to avoid that all people take off their masks at the same time.
