Covid-19 in Colombia: report of cases and failures of January 11, 2021 – Health

With this, the Ministry of Health reported, the country already accumulates 1,801,903 infections and 46,451 deaths in total.

The figure disclosed comes after the analysis of 43,227 tests, of which 33,392 were PCR and 9,835 were antigens. Of those cases, 11,595 are already recovered

Bogotá (4,359) and Antioquia (2,533) represent 46% of the total infections reported this holiday Monday. That is to say, that about one out of every two new cases occurred in one of these two regions of the country.

As for the deceased, Bogotá represented 25% of the total reported this January holiday. That is, one in four deaths occurred in the Capital.

The official report also indicates that there are a total of 117,763 active cases. As for the deaths, a total of 294 of the 337 reported this Saturday correspond to previous days.
