The Investigation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice responded to a right to petition presented by the Senator of the Democratic Pole Iván Cepeda in which he asks if he was the object of profiling by the Army.
In response, the high court responds that the name Cepeda appears in a file called ‘special cases’ ‘special jobs’, where it is related in a recurring way to a case that was called “analysis of nodes and links”.

Cepeda asked this question in the middle of the investigation that the Supreme Court of Justice is preliminary against Uribe for the alleged illegal profiling within the Army against journalists, politicians, lawyers and human rights defenders.

This preliminary inquiry against Uribe began after an anonymous email reached the Court stating that, supposedly, the recipient of these allegedly illegal interceptions and profiling was the former president.
