On the afternoon of this Tuesday there was a heated debate between the animal councilor, Andrea Padilla and the executive president of Fedegán, José Félix Lafaurie, while they were interviewed at the Magazine week.
The controversy was generated when the proposal that seeks to promote a meatless day in Bogotá was discussed and that is contemplated in an agreement approved yesterday by the plenary of the council in which it declares the climate emergency.

“It seems very regrettable to me that you have given him the opportunity to speak three times and he only spoke of mamerteria, politequería and corruption and they gave me the possibility only twice, this man is an absolute jerk,” said the councilor.
When Lafaurie was going to defend herself against the accusations, the animalist concluded by saying “You are a poor, rude son of a bitch (…) let your constant and recurring boorishness be recorded, sir.”
