Rodolfo Rangel is the councilor for the municipality of Girón, Santander, who gave a young motorcyclist a leash in the middle of a discussion last Thursday, May 7.

The fact was recorded in a video published by people who were inside the house, while last Sunday, May 10, one of the fire units filled the pool with the hose from the machine of the fire department’s car that they use to tend emergencies.

He added, “It is a recreation for the children, several peladitos (children) from the block bathed here in the pool, they were 200 liters of water no more. I don’t see that much of a problem with that. ”
