The Ministry of Health confirmed 193 more deaths from covid-19 in Colombia, of which 173 correspond to previous days. With this update, the total number of deaths in the country rises to 25,296.

This Saturday, September 26, the health authority also reports 7,721 new infections in the last 24 hours, after 22,290 PCR tests and 11,668 antigen tests were processed. It is worth mentioning that, since the first case (confirmed on March 6), 3,605,075 samples have been processed in the country.

So things, the country reaches 806,038 confirmed coronavirus cases. To date, Bogotá is the city with the most cases. The capital reached the figure of 262,956 confirmed infections after 2,397 more were confirmed this Saturday.

The other territorial entities that registered the most infections in the last 24 hours were Antioquia (1,220 cases), Cauca’s Valley (584), Santander (484), cease (324) and Cundinamarca (304)

This report from the Ministry of Health also indicates that, In the last 24 hours, 12,635 recovered patients were confirmed. Thus, there are already 700,112 patients who, to date, have overcome covid-19 in Colombia.
