This Friday the Ministry of Health delivered a new report on the situation of the coronavirus in Colombia. Regarding the deaths, in the last hours the health authority confirmed 179. Of those, 169 belong to previous days. The total number of deaths from covid-19 rises, then, to 25,103.
The report also reports 7,494 new infections after processing 36,467 tests (24,727PCR and 11,740 antigens). With this figure, the total number of confirmed cases reaches 798,317.

As for the recovered patients, 687,477 Colombians have managed to overcome the coronavirus, according to MinSalud. On the other hand, active confirmed cases continue to decline: today 84,073 were confirmed.

As usual, Bogotá leads the list of cases reported in the last hours. The capital registered 1,549 new infections; Antioquia 1,298; Valley 579; Cesar 434 and Santander 359.
The only departments that register less than 10 cases in the last hours are Guania (7); Chocó (5) and Vichada (4).

Worldwide, the death toll is close to one million. So far the coronavirus has left 32,289,042 infections; 984,040 deaths and 22,258,437 recovered.
