Coronavirus in Colombia: deaths and infections today October 27 – Health

This Tuesday, the Ministry of Health delivered a new report on the situation of the coronavirus in Colombia. According to the report, in the last 24 hours 8,166 new infections were confirmed after processing 48,479 tests. With this figure, the country reaches a total of 1,033,218 cases.

Also, the health authority confirmed 217 deaths, more of which 192 belong to previous days. The total number of deaths from covid-19 increases, then, to 30,565.

As for the recovered patients, 932,882 Colombians have managed to overcome the coronavirus. On the other hand, the health authority also reported that the active cases confirmed this October 27 are 67,935.

Worldwide, 43,598,033 people have been infected with coronavirus and 1,160,995 have lost their lives due to covid-19. On the other hand, the number of recovered in the world amounts to 29,278,026.
