The Bogotá Health Secretariat mourned the death of Dr. Miguel Barragán Nocua, one of the CAPS Chircales general practitioners, from Rafael Uribe Uribe, who had been diagnosed with coronavirus and was being treated at the San Ignacio Hospital.
According to the entity, Dr. Barragán was characterized by being “a committed and charismatic worker who for years gave his best for the health and well-being of the inhabitants of Bogotá.”
He also called for the high risk that all health personnel run in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic.
