The president spoke about the measures that have been taken to lower the pressure on the occupation of ICU beds in different cities of the country and emphasized that not all cities are behaving the same and therefore decisions should be focused on removing the pressure on intensive care units taking into account the conditions of each city.

During the broadcast on Monday, the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, Luis Moscoso Osorio affirmed that December was not a favorable month for the pandemic.
