During the broadcast on Monday, the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, Luis Moscoso Osorio affirmed that December was not a favorable month for the pandemic. Duque also called for awareness and insisted on citizen culture to continue with all biosecurity protocols despite the fact that this year the vaccination against covid-19 will begin. “Vaccination does not mean failing to comply with the protocols.
