Coronavirus Colombia: deaths and infections September 27, 2020 – Health

The Ministry of Health confirmed 192 more deaths from covid-19 in Colombia, of which 175 correspond to previous days. With this update, the total number of deaths in the country rises to 25,488.

This Sunday, September 27, the health authority also reports 7,018 new infections in the last 24 hours, after 22,820 PCR tests and 8,973 antigen tests were processed. It is worth mentioning that, since the first case (confirmed on March 6), 3,636,868 samples have been processed in the country.

So things, the country reaches 813,056 confirmed coronavirus cases. To date, Bogotá is the city with the most cases. The capital reached the figure of 264,247 confirmed infections after 1,317 more were confirmed this Sunday.

On the other hand, this report from the Ministry of Health indicates that, In the last 24 hours, 11,360 recovered patients were confirmed. Thus, there are already 711,472 patients who, to date, have overcome covid-19 in Colombia.

With this update, in total they are 74,400 cases that remain active in the country.
