This Friday, December 11, the Ministry of Health delivered a new report on the situation of the coronavirus in Colombia. According to the report, in the last 24 hours they were confirmed 8,998 new infections after processing 53,152 tests. With this figure, the country reaches a total of 1,408,909 cases.
Likewise, the health authority confirmed 185 deaths more and 7,879 recovered.
The total of deaths from covid-19 increases, then, to 38,669.
As for the recovered patients, 1,304,299 Colombians in total have managed to overcome the coronavirus. On the other hand, active cases confirmed this Friday, December 11, are 62,592.
Worldwide, 69,282,662 people have been infected with coronavirus; 1,582,381 have died from covid-19 and 45,066,004 patients have recovered.
