Colombia says goodbye to November with fewer cases, 8,430 new infections by COVID-19, and fewer tests

The Ministry of Health reported, this November 30, 8,430 new cases of coronavirus in Colombia. In the last 24 hours, 28,662 PCR tests and a total of 1,343,739 antigens have been processed.

The report also indicates that the death toll is 182. Today, the country reaches a total of 36,766 dead since the virus reached national territory.

Colombia came to 1’316,806 infected of which 66,501 are active cases and 1’210,489 correspond to positive cases that have already overcome the disease.

Regarding the contagion of covid-19 by cities and departments of the country, Bogotá and Antioquia are in the lead, followed by Valle del Cauca, Santander and Cundinamarca, a department that yesterday ranked seventh and today rose to fifth put, showing a notable increase in cases.

There are 1,862 conglomerates in the country. The territories are: Amazonas, Antioquia (Ituango), Arauca, Atlántico, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Boyacá, Bolívar, Buenaventura, Caldas, Caquetá, Cartagena, Casanare, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Quindío, Risaralda, San Andrés, Santa Marta, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle, Vaupés, Vichada, Guaviare and Guainía.
