Colombia exceeded 900 thousand infections this Saturday, in the Valley there are now 68,910 cases

The Ministry of Health identified 8,477 more infections of Covid-19 in Colombia this Saturday and raised the national balance to 902,747 cases. In addition, they registered 165 new deaths, so that in the country there are already 27,660 people dead after contracting the coronavirus.

Of the total number of infections, only 89,925 are active.

On those recovered, the health portfolio reported 2,584 in the last 24 hours and in total, they account for 783,131 patients who managed to overcome the disease.

In Valle del Cauca, infections increased to 68,910. In addition, they reported 21 associated deaths, one of them in Cali. The other deaths were reported in the municipalities of Palmira (3), Candelaria, Tuluá, Buga and Guacarí.

Most of the new infections are distributed in Antioquia (2,657), Bogotá (1,488), and Valle (679).

The others are reported in Huila (465), Cundinamarca (304), Santander (284), Cesar (253), Meta (241), Tolima (231), Risaralda (210), Caldas (184), Boyacá (170), Norte de Santander (151), Quindío (138), Nariño (125), Cauca (120), Cartagena (109), Barranquilla (103), Caquetá (74), Córdoba (62), Casanare (58), La Guajira ( 57), Santa Marta (45), Atlántico (43), Sucre (42), San Andrés (31), Arauca (30), Vaupés (28), Bolívar (18), Guaviare (15), Magdalena (14), Putumayo (9), Vichada (5), Guainía (3) and Chocó (1).
