Colombia adds 8,394 new cases of Covid-19 and 268 deaths

The cases of infections and deaths from Covid-19 in the department of Atlántico continue to decline. For this Saturday, the Ministry of Health reported that only four people died in the department: one in Barranquilla, two in the municipality of Soledad and one in Manatí.

While the new cases were distributed as follows: 91 in Barranquilla and 27 in the rest of the department, for a total of 118.

The health authority reported 8,394 new cases, bringing the country to 658,456 confirmed infections. The death toll this Saturday was 268.

Deaths in the national territory already total 21,156. For their part, patients who have recovered from the disease are counted, according to the daily report at 507,770. While the active cases are: 128,174.

The processed tests were 24,609 PCR and 7,635 antigens.

There are 1,335 conglomerates in the country. The territories are: the territories are: Amazonas, Antioquia (Ituango), Arauca, Atlántico, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Boyacá, Bolívar, Caldas, Caquetá, Cartagena, Casanare, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Quindío, Risaralda, San Andrés, Santa Marta, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle, Vaupés, Vichada, Guaviare and Guainía.
