As a result of the attack, nurse Yaneth Quintero, 33, who had just left her shift, died, while her husband was seriously injured and is being treated at the La Merced Clinic in the capital of Santander.

The events occurred on Carrera 27 with Calle 41, in the Sotomayor neighborhood.

According to witnesses, The man tried to flee the scene of the accident, but his car died a few blocks later and he was captured by the Police and placed at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office.
