A Mexican congresswoman was caught when he momentarily slipped out of a virtual session and instead put a photo. Deputy Valentina Batres Guadarrama (of the Morena movement) was betrayed by her colleague Jorge Gaviño (PRD), who was struck by the fixed gaze that the legislator presented when he made an intervention.
Gaviño undertook the task of carefully observing Batres Guadarrama, when at one point he was able to detail that the woman brazenly withdrew the image and sat down as if nothing had happened.
“I thought that you were paying a lot of attention to my speech, when I realized that that attentive look was a photograph”, Wrote the politician in Twitter, in a publication in which he attached the unusual video that proved the dishonest action.
Guadarrama issued a statement, in which he said that the episode was due to his lack of knowledge in the use of digital tools. He assured that he got up for just a second.
“I had a technical error and I acknowledge my inexperience in handling digital toolsBut it is by no means a simulation at work, “he said.
