The Ministry of Health confirmed this Thursday 11,187 new coronavirus infections, bringing the number of cases in Colombia to 1,053,122, lAfter 27,331 PCR tests and 26,089 antigens were processed in the last 24 hours.

The last time Colombia registered more than 11,000 daily cases was on August 8, when 11,541 infections were reported in 24 hours.

From elsewhere, the number of recovered amounted to 950,348. Likewise, the Ministry of Health reported 173 more deaths from covid-19, bringing the death toll to 30,926.

According to health authorities, there are currently 69,423 active cases and 1,402 conglomerates in the country. The territories are: Amazonas, Antioquia, Arauca, Atlantic, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Boyacá, Bolívar, Caldas, Caquetá, Cartagena, Casanare, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo , Quindío, Risaralda, San Andrés, Santa Marta, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle, Vaupés, Vichada, Guaviare and Guainía.

Worldwide, 44,574,981 people have been infected with coronavirus and 1,175,279 have lost their lives due to covid-19. On the other hand, the number of recovered in the world amounts to 30’141.299.
