Call for employment national entities 2021: there are 2,600 vacancies

This Monday the National Civil Service Commission (CNSC) began the dissemination of the selection process for national entities for different levels, both professionals and positions that do not require experience.

This call joins that of Dian, which closes this February 9, and that of Bogotá, which offers 2,000 jobs for the 32 entities of the District.

What are the important dates to register?

The call will have two stages, according to the CNSC:

These inscriptions will be open between February 15 and March 8, 2021. For promotion jobs it is important to bear in mind that the applicant must be a public servant with administrative career rights, in the entity that offers the respective job.

The vacancies are distributed as follows:
– 6 for Advisor level.
– 418 for the Professional level.
– 102 for Technical level.
– 38 for Healthcare level.

Registrations for this process will begin on March 15 and will run until April 9, 2021. It must be taken into account that if a public servant enrolls in the promotion modality, he will not be able to participate in the open call.

They are distributed like this:
– 6 for Advisor level.
– 1,355 for the Professional level.
– 450 for Technical level.
– 295 for Healthcare level.

  • There will also be 212 vacancies for inexperienced applicants So:
    – 33 Professionals.
    – 66 Technicians
    – 113 Assistance.

In the call for employment there will be a written test of functional and behavioral skills and a second personality test.

In addition, for some jobs in the Colombian Geological Service (SGC) applicants will have an interview. Some enrolled in the vacancies of the National Institute of Meteorology (INM) will have interview and medical examination.

What requirements must applicants meet and how to register?

To participate in any of the processes, interested applicants must meet the following general requirements:

  • Read the agreements of each Selection Process.
  • Register in the Support System for Equality, Merit and Opportunity (SIMO).
  • Comply with the minimum requirements of the job chosen by the applicant, indicated in the Public Offer of Career Jobs (OPEC), of each of the entities.
  • Accept in full the rules established in the agreements of the Selection Process.

In which entities are there vacancies?

Keep in mind that there are 25 national entities that include ministries, institutes, administrative departments, among others.

In addition, this call is different from the process to work in 12 entities the Executive Branch and in 33 Regional Autonomous Corporations (CAR).
