The new coronavirus case confirmed in Santander it’s in the Villanueva municipality, in the Guanentina province confirmed the governor of Santander, Mauricio Aguilar in a broadcast video by Communications Office of the Yellow Palace.

The leader reported that the infected person is a 47 year old man that was already isolated. its family also entered observation within epidemiological fence protocols to avoid spread of the disease.

With this are 41 cases of coronavirus in Santander. The disease caused the death of three people; the deaths have occurred in Bucaramanga and Floridablanca.

The governor had said that if 8 days there was no new case of COVID-19 the total revival of the economy, keeping the curfew and the border closure. Now, it is not known whether the new contagion can alter the plans of the sectional administration.
