“The Foscal organization allows informal to the community in general that from this moment declares itself on red alert in its emergency and hospital services “, the statement begins.

And he continues: “Critical care services have a 100% occupancy. The respiratory emergency service is at an occupancy level higher than 100% “.

Finally, they insist on the importance of “confinement and preventive isolation “ to mitigate the cases of covid-19.

In the last hours the authorities met to evaluate the red alert in the department but finally it was not declared, however, the Ministry of Health asked the mayors to re-decree the peak and ID to mitigate infections.
