The brothers will be presented to the North American authorities virtually from the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Center, where they will be isolated for 14 days, complying with the protocols established by the pandemic.
The Noguera brothers tested positive for covid-19, on October 15, a fact that was notified by his defense to the pertinent authorities. They were being held in the La Picota prison in Bogotá.
