According to the journalist Johnatan Nieto, from Citytv, the incident took place in the Acapulco sector at around 10 p.m. this Thursday.

The journalist showed videos of the burnings and the monumental traffic jam that occurred on that road:

In other videos it was seen in more detail that there were at least a dozen people in the place. The authors of these recordings said that everything happened close to the Doña Juana sector:

Blockades on Avenida Boyacá also affected Avenida Caracas

Other citizens warned that the event also had an impact on mobility along Avenida Caracas, which even showed up to 40 South Street for traffic going towards the Usme portal.

Until after 10 o’clock at night the causes of the blockades were unknown, but citizen Gabriel Rondón said on Twitter that coexistence managers and delegates from the Mayor’s Office of Ciudad Bolívar had already managed to make those responsible to reopen the road:

Caracol Radio confirmed that the Ministry of Mobility had confirmed the release of the road after 11 at night.
