According to the Fire Brigade, although there were some situations on several roads due to flooding, the most serious event occurred in the Carrera 30 with 6th Street, south of the city., and on the same avenue at the junction with 19th street.

The District Institute for Risk Management and Climate Change He asked drivers to be cautious when behind the wheel, taking into account that rain can reduce visibility and wet floors affect the vehicle’s braking ability.

In that sector at least six vehicles were trapped. The water level in the area exceeds 50 centimeters and fire brigade units are responding to the emergency. In the sector, automobiles are being evacuated.

There are also workers from the Bogotá Aqueduct Company in the area, as the water would have risen due to the clogging of the sewers.

There is also flooding in Carrera 30 with Calle 19. This emergency is attended by the Restrepo firefighters. Work is being carried out at the site to remove several trapped vehicles.
