The local mayor of Teusaquillo, Esmeralda Hernández, confirmed that the police officer was identified and captured, who on the night of September 9 hid his face and identification and, with a blunt object, intimidated and attacked the citizens who were protesting the murder of Javier Ordóñez.

However, the uniformed man was not arrested for that case, but for another related to sexual abuse. This crime was committed in March, according to information from the Prosecutor’s Office.

After that, the patrol car ended up at the Parkway CAI, where his image went viral for being the protagonist of strong intimidation against a group of citizens on September 9.

These events occurred near Park Way, exactly on the 24th road between 36th and 45th streets. That night, the agent, who came as reinforcement to attend to the public order situation, he put his jacket on backwards, covering his identification and, with a blunt object, which appears to be a stick, proceeded to intimidate and attack the community.

Despite the intervention of the coexistence managers, the agent advanced, amid the fear of those who were on the street. Testimonials and videos compiled by the local mayor’s office show how the uniformed man hit cars and people during his tour.

The local mayor even witnessed the events.

However, in this case, that of Park Way, has not been prosecuted.

The one who does have it behind bars is the sexual abuse of a minor, a crime for which he was arrested on September 28.
