A video has circulated on social networks for three days in which members of the Bogotá Metropolitan Police unload a pistol Taser about a citizen, on Saturday, October 31, in the middle of the Halloween party.
After the case of police brutality that cost Javier Ordóñez his life, the new event became relevant.

EL TIEMPO inquired, and police spokesmen indicated that the Taser because a citizen of Venezuelan nationality attacked a policeman.
“He was in a state of intoxication and did not heed the call of the authorities that required him due to his high state of excitement,” they explained.

They also said that the citizen has already recovered his freedom and that a summons was imposed on him.
Besides, he was not going with his two daughters, but with two older boys.
