.
What are the key points of the initiative? In addition to encouraging job creation, there are three fundamental aspects:
- Freeze the property for 2.6 million owners, with exemptions of up to 80% for schools and gardens
- Gives relief to theaters and museums
- Generates discounts of up to 25% of the ICA to companies with falls in their income
Mayor Claudia López thanked the Council and said that the Marshall Plan will benefit, in a very particular way, MSMEs.
I thank the @CouncilofBogota approval of the Marshall Plan for the economic reactivation of Bogotá that will freeze the payment of property for more than 2.6 million owners, reduce the ICA by up to 25% and support the formalization, reactivation and generation of employment of MSMEs! https://t.co/mMXy3tWfcT
