According to the report of some citizens, among them the journalist Jhonatan Nieto, from City Noticias, Blockades occurred on Boyacá Avenue, at the height of a sector known as Acapulco, which caused large traffic jams around 10 at night in the capital.

In this video recorded by another citizen, it is seen that several people are walking down the avenue and that in the background there is fire.
Although the reasons for the blockades are still unknown, a citizen confirmed through Twitter the reopening of Boyacá Avenue. Saying that, thanks to the dialogue of the Coexistence Managers and the local Mayor’s Office of Ciudad Bolívar, mobility in the area was restored.
