The restriction on the sale of alcoholic beverages is maintained between 9 at night and 10 in the morning, except in restaurants and gastrobars, which may operate every day, which will no longer have restrictions as long as they comply with capacity and regulations biosafety.
According to the mayor, These decisions are made because there was a significant drop in the figures for ICU occupancy, infections and deaths in Bogotá due to covid-19 and because schools and kindergartens did not use the epidemiological quota reserved for children and young people to return to classes, which is why this quota will be used to redistribute it in other activities.
“Unfortunately the vast majority of schools and gardens did not use their epidemiological quota. That is why we have a large quota to redistribute in other activities ”, Mayor Claudia López said at a press conference this Monday.
