Baby dies after being accidentally run over by his father in La Paz, Cesar – Other Cities – Colombia

A minor died this Tuesday after being accidentally run over by his father while he was backing up his vehicle from a parking lot, located in the Fray Joaquín neighborhood of La Paz (Cesar).

According to the police report, the man did not realize that the one-year-old boy was near the place and when he started the march, he ended up running over him.
“When taking out his vehicle, he did not realize that his son was playing in the back of it,” the authorities reported.

The minor was transferred to a pediatric clinic in Valelledupar, where he died of the injuries.

“He had severe head trauma,” said a doctor from the clinic.
Right now, the Police the police are investigating the causes of this tragic accident that has the inhabitants of this municipality dismayed.
