After six months of inactivity as a result of the pandemic, football returned this Tuesday in Colombia, with the first leg of the Superliga between Junior and América de Cali in Barranquilla, which resulted in an important 1-2 victory for the team scarlet.
Due to remodeling works in the gigantic Metropolitan, the contest was held in the modern Romelio Martínez, who without an audience in the stands let each play of a commitment of emotional actions be heard in a large part of it.
He was just starting the game when Junior went ahead. For a few seconds, the Romelio Martínez stadium was left without lighting, but they quickly turned on the alternate plant and the game could continue as normal.
Rafael Carrascal tried with a mid-distance shot at 26, but again the ball went wide. It was of little use for America to have control of the ball because it lacked weight in attack and was too static in its forward positions, as if it missed Michael Rangel, who was not even taken into account on the bench.
At 35, Juan David Pérez recovered the ball and handed it to Santiago Moreno who put the center into the small area, where Gabriel Fuentes touched the ball under pressure from Adrián Ramos and beat his own goalkeeper, for 1-1.

Ramos again had a propitious option to increase the account in the time of addition, but he raised his left foot shot. However, the triumph of the Colombian champion was just as seen on the field.
