Arrested for murder in Transmilenio he was passing as a seller

General Óscar Gómez Heredia, commander of the Bogotá Police, said on Blu Radio that Luis Neomar García, alias ‘Chómpiras’, was getting on Transmilenio buses under the pretext of selling sweets, but in reality He was the “bell ringer” of the gang who are accused of killing Muñoz, waiter at Aguapanelas Internacional.
