The expert also indicates that the stratum in which the property is located must be taken into account. In stratum 6, for example, the vacancy can reach up to 176 days, that is, it is more complicated to rent.
When it comes to home sales times, the most important factors taken into account in this business are the cost of the property and where it is located.
