Apparently, it is a subject who tried to rob a citizen who was passing through the place, but he would have disarmed him and then shot him.

In the Restrepo neighborhood, located in the town of Antonio Nariño, a shooting occurred on Wednesday afternoon that left one person dead. The event would have occurred after a citizen, who was going to be the victim of a robbery, shot one of the alleged assailants.

The incident occurred on South 15th Street with 24th Carrera. According to early versions, the two subjects who planned to commit the theft were traveling on a motorcycle, which had the license plates covered with a tape. The Police have not ruled on the matter and the state of the other subject who was on board the motorcycle is unknown.
