Sad This is how the followers and members of the ‘Rey de Rocha’, one of the most important picós of the Caribbean Coast, woke up this Sunday after the news of the death of the daughter of Noraldo Iriarte Arias, better known as ‘Chawala’, was known.
Today the Iriarte family mourns the prompt and unexpected departure of Ángela Inés Iriarte Correa, the only daughter of the renowned DJ and figure of this important musical machine.
According to the first versions, the young woman suffered from blood pressure problems, which they had been able to control all this time, however, on Saturday, October 3, Angela said goodbye to family, friends and acquaintances leaving a great void, especially in her father ‘Chawala’, as she was the only girl, of four children.
Ángela, Noraldo, Juan David and Leo, are the names of the Chawala’s children, whom we constantly hear on the “plates” of the successes of this picó and that, surely, they will continue to mention, but now also as a tribute in memory the beautiful young woman.
It is worth mentioning that Ángela Inés was named after her grandmother Ángela Arias Puerta, better known as ‘La Niña’, creator and founder of ‘Rey de Rocha’. Peace in her grave and a lot of strength for the Iriarte family. (Read here: Chawala, the mind behind the King of Rocha)
