Andrés Usme, the coach of the América de Cali women’s team, assured that his squad will give everything to win the title this Sunday, when his pupils visit Santa Fe for the second leg of the league’s grand final.
The ball will roll at 5:15 in the afternoon at the El Campín stadium in Bogotá and the Reds will have the task of overcoming the 2-1 conceded in the first leg at Pascual Guerrero.
“We are God’s team. He always gives us strength and the minimum is to go out and play this game with great intensity to take the title to Cali,” Usme said.
For Usme, one of the keys will be not to despair, despite having the score against.
“We cannot despair, nor make mistakes. We will have about 100 minutes counting the replacement times to be able to overcome the series,” he said.
