The case of the former Minister of Agriculture Andrés Felipe Arias, convicted of irregularities in the Agro Ingreso Seguro (AIS) case, again sparked controversies on November 9, when he asked the justice to begin to grant him the exit permit from imprisonment for 72 hours to study or work.
