This Sunday the second leg of the grand final of Colombian football between América de Cali and Independiente Santa Fe will be played in Bogotá.

The Scarlets of Cali are winning the series 3-0 and are one step away from the title, but both in the capital of the Valley and on Bogota soil, there is great concern about the crowds of people taking into account the difficult situation that exists in Colombia due to the cpvid-19 pandemic.

America’s suggestion, supported by the Cali Mayor’s Office, was that the meeting, scheduled for 6:00 in the afternoon, will be brought forward one or two hours, taking into account that the city will have a curfew starting at 9:00 at night.

All this taking into account the experience lived last Sunday, since in the city there were different agglomerations and traffic congestion due to the red triumph, in addition to burning gunpowder until late at night.

However, the president of Dimayor, Fernando Jaramillo, spoke with the Cali radio program ‘Supercombo del Deporte’ and there he confirmed that the final schedule will definitely not change.

América will arrive in Bogotá as the great favorite to obtain the title and achieve its fifteenth star.
