A judge terminated the process against businessman Alessandro Corridori, prosecuted for his participation in the embezzlement of Interbolsa, after prescribing all the crimes for which he was tried.

The information was confirmed by the victim’s lawyer Francisco Sintura, who explained that the Prosecutor’s Office did not succeed in getting justice to issue a conviction against the businessman, despite having initiated a process since May 2013.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Interbolsa firm obtained operations for more than $ 292 billion, making Fabricato’s shares increase in cost, favoring Corridori.

“It would be related to the collapse of Interbolsa, through the actions of the Fabricato textile company, through the so-called ‘repo’ operations; that work as sales mechanisms with a securities repurchase agreement to obtain liquidity ”, the accusing entity pointed out at the time.

The Italian investor, according to the investigation, was the one who became the majority shareholder of Fabricato, after supposedly with money from the commission’s clients, he acquired the textile company.
