In the midst of the rain, several citizens reported this unfortunate case. A terrifying case of animal abuse against a burrito was recorded on video.

A man aboard an animal-drawn vehicle did not mind guiding a small donkey against the current of a stream in the center of Barranquilla.

The heavy man pushed him to follow while the animal found itself desperate in the stream. It could barely stand on its two legs.

Two men even got into the stream to try to stop the man and save the donkey from the stream.

Several people insulted the mule car driver for his recklessness and mistreatment of the defenseless donkey.

Apparently the animal after this incident suffered from several lacerations on its body.

The Environmental Police are looking for the abuser to take charge of the donkey and penalize the offender.

So far in 2020 the Environmental Police has dealt with 18 cases of animal abuse in the metropolitan area of Barranquilla.
