Two uniformed members of the National Police became heroes on Christmas Eve, when rescuing an abandoned baby in a lot in the southeast of Valledupar. They named the youngest Victoria, considering that it triumphed over human unconsciousness.
At 9:20 pm on December 24, the Cesar capital police station notified the two patrollers of the Children and Adolescents division of the presence of a girl on a pile of stones in a vacant lot in the Panama neighborhood.
