A man killed in Transmilenio was not robbed

Luz Muñoz said on Blu Radio that the new victim of insecurity in Bogotá assured that his brother “could not steal his cell phone”, and they stabbed him in a vein in his leg, for which he bled to death in a Transmilenio bus that parked at the Calle 85 station, on the north trunk road.

The sister of the murdered man, who worked in various trades of Aguapanelas Internacionales, did not reveal whether the victim resisted the robbery that three men, still unidentified, were going to do.

What is known is that Muñoz was traveling on a Transmilenio bus that stopped at the station on Calle 72 and that was where the thieves got on. Upon reaching the next station (85), the victim had already passed away.

The murderers, apparently, were recorded on security cameras at the stop, which are being analyzed by the authorities.

Muñoz, according to what the relative related, was moving to the north of Bogotá to make a return for his boss; usually, the 44-year-old man stayed in that area of ​​the city for work.

He lived with his brothers, the interviewee said, for 5 years, when the mother died, and he was one of those who maintained the home that in this time of pandemic and quarantines has been affected.

The family, through Luz Muñoz, asked Mayor Claudia López, who this Thursday spoke about this case and took the opportunity to mention Venezuelans who commit crimes in the capital, not to forget it and to do everything possible so that those responsible pay.
