BLU radio met a circular that the Colombian Foreign Ministry to consulates in Argentina, Germany, Canada, Chile, Spain, France and the Netherlands in which it raises the possibility of restricting the travel of citizens of those countries to Colombia.
With my cordial greetings, I inform you that the National Government has decided to temporarily restrict non-essential travel (visitors), to Colombia, of nationals of the following countries whose authorities have implemented similar measures regarding Colombian citizens
says the circular.
According to the circular, they could not enter Colombia for visitor activities only with their passport as they have traditionally done.
“This means that the only way that nationals of these countries can enter Colombia is by carrying a visa”says communication.

informed that the circular will be analyzed this Tuesday with the Foreign Ministry and then the determinations to be made will be reported.
