Santa Fe continues to show good football, and against Independiente Medellín he got another victory in the League. Harold Rivera’s men won 3-0.
Deportes Tolima continues to lead the championship with 37 units. The Pijao team defeated Boyacá Chicó 2-0, and is one of the candidates to stay with the League.
Patriots won again and left the bottom of the table. The Boyacá team beat Deportivo Pereira by the minimum and managed to get out of the last box.
Águilas Doradas clings to the miracle of qualification and after the 2-1 victory over Cúcuta, is getting closer to the goal of the group of eight. It has 25 units. One more than Millionaires.
The bad
Atlético Bucaramanga drew 2-2 with Jaguares at Alfonso López and stifled their hopes of qualifying for the playoffs. Regular season for leopards.
Once Caldas drew 1-1 with Deportivo Cali at Palogrande and put the group of eight at risk. The Manizales box is ninth with 26 units, the same as La Equidad, which is eighth.
La Equidad left in ‘we will see’ the ticket to the playoffs of the League, after drawing 1-1 with Envigado. Those of Alexis García are eighth with 26 points, Once Caldas, Águilas Doradas and Millonarios chase him.
Cúcuta is going from bad to worse, and after adding another defeat, 2-1 with Águilas, sinks to the bottom of the standings.
Independent Medellín does not raise its head and added another defeat in the League. He lost 3-0 to Santa Fe in El Campín.
The ugly
The bad entrance of Teófilo Gutiérrez on Macnelly Torres in the match between Junior and Alianza Petrolera. The forward entered him strong from behind, at the wheel of the yellow machine, taking him out of the game. The referee only whistled the foul, he should have been sanctioned.
The arbitration of Mario Herrera in the Pascual Guerrero. The referee was close to damaging América de Cali when the match was goalless, whistled a non-existent hand from side Arrieta, which, after the charge, ended in a hand in the area, marked as a penalty. The VAR intervened and served to correct the decision.
