The Deputy Director of Attention to Emergencies and Disasters of the District Institute for Risk Management and Climate Change, Andrés Fierro, reported that today heavy rainfall could occur in Bogotá, especially in the Usaquén sector, between races 7 and 9, on the street 170 to the north generating flooding in the hillside area.
