A pastor, an uncle and another relative were transferred to jail, accused of having raped two minors aged 12 and 13, in the municipality of San Carlos, department of Córdoba.

The arrest warrant was issued by the San Carlos Municipal Promiscuous Court, after the complaint was made to a Córdoba prosecutor, arguing that the two minors, cousins ​​between themselves and residents of the same family nucleus, would be victims of the crimes of access carnal and sexual acts, by a spirit guide, an uncle and another relative of the girls.

This occurs within the framework of the creation of the judicial police block to prosecute those responsible for the violation of the rights of girls, boys and adolescents presented in the department of Córdoba last week by the Attorney General of the Nation, Francisco Barbosa, who prioritized this case in which strong results were achieved.

According to the information provided by the Prosecutor’s Office, the harassments to which they would be subjected began three years ago, but were reported until last October.

In concentrated hearings, the accusing body charged Arturo Salgado Pérez, spiritual guide, and the uncle allegedly implicated, for the crime of sexual act with a minor under fourteen years in a homogeneous and successive contest.

Meanwhile, the other relative, husband of a cousin of the victims, was charged with the crime of abusive carnal access with a minor under 14 years of age and was also sheltered with the same measure in a prison.

The three men, captured during a joint operation between investigators of the Technical Investigation Corps, CTI, and uniformed men of the National Army in Montería and San Carlos, on October 31, and according to the Prosecutor’s Office, the penalty to be imposed for these crimes ranges between 18 and 25 years in prison, if found responsible.
