The house was divided into three floors and each had a different music. There was sale of liquor and food. They are clearly in breach of district decree 1888 ”, explained Jimmy Dranguet, Undersecretary of Inspection, Surveillance and Control.

On Halloween night, four clandestine parties were intervened, 245 subpoenas were charged and 60 motorcycles were immobilized in Cali.

The Police of the capital of Valle also closed some establishments on the night of November 1 for failing to comply with biosecurity protocols:

“Due to non-compliance with biosecurity protocols, we proceeded to close the establishment on the Boulevard del Río (…). We carry out regulation, pedagogy and control actions with the citizens in this sector of the city ”, assured the Security and Justice Secretariat of the Mayor’s Office of Cali.

In the same neighborhood, a fight occurred where, apparently, a person was injured when he was attacked with a knife.
