This case has generated many questions and several versions in this department. They captured this woman for taking the life of her neighbor in confusing facts.
A woman identified as Omaira Torres Arrieta, 40, was taken to prison, who is allegedly responsible for the crime of aggravated homicide against Erick David Tafurt De Horta, 22, on July 4 in Tolú, Sucre.
Apparently, his partner and Torres’ children were also involved in the murder.
There are several versions of the fact.
One of them points out that the victim was participating in a fight against the woman and her companions for having personal conflicts and another describes that the deceased entered the dispute to defend some friends but ended in the middle of the confrontation with a knife.
Investigations by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, however, indicate that on the day of the murder, Tafurt was with a companion consuming drugs in a vacant lot in the municipality when he was attacked by the alleged aggressor and her relatives.
The victim, according to the Legal Medicine report, died as a result of 16 machete blows received in different parts of the body.
In addition, the National Police verified that he had a valid arrest warrant dated July 11 for the crime of aggravated homicide. The woman was sent to a prison.
