The president recalled that there are reasons to be optimistic, as Colombia spent the month of September with a downward trend in the main indicators of the pandemic. In addition, the month of October has also seen a favorable behavior in general terms. However, the president explained that peaks are being seen in other cities in which an increase in cases had not been seen, so care must be taken against COVID-19.
